We can't enter the game

    Hello!
    Today, we cannot log in with 2 users on the same computer.

    profiles:
    PlaneMasters , UserID: 13785494
    mindennévfoglalt , UserID: 12346305

    One is a new profile, the other is an old profile.
    Everything was fine yesterday and Tuesday.
    This profile I'm writing about can log in.
    Also on the same computer.
    Could you help me?!

    ps.:
    The user name and password are accepted by the program, but a black screen appears.

    I start the launcher, the home screen comes up, and then it closes completely.

    Hello Tilla-Air,

    please try to reject all cookies in the Skyrama application before logging in to the game. This should help to solve the problem.
    If the second issues you mentioned persists, you should maybe try to remove and reinstall the Skyrama app.
