    Dear Airport Managers,

    we would like to inform you that we will have a longer maintenance in our support system on January 28th between 08:00 and 17:00 CET.
    During this time, you will be able to send tickets to the support but you will neither get an automatic reply that the ticket arrived nor you will get an answer from the support guys.
    Nevertheless, the tickets are stored, so they will then be handled afterwards as usual.
