Hello all, it's been a while ! I'm comming back in the "love" week. I service some planes and many returns with a snowflake instead of this event currency...

If you sent those planes out during the previous event then they will return with that event currency. You need to try sending some new ones out and they should return with the current event currency. That's always been my experience in the past.

  3. Hello MM77,

you are right, some planes still drop snowflakes.
But this should not affect the drops of the current event currency. The snowflakes drop just in addition to the boxes of chocolates.

The IT guys are already informed about this issue but since there are currently some more serious problems, it might take still some time until this will be fixed.

Nevertheless, I would recommend you to clear your browser cache, maybe this reduces the number of drops a bit :).

    Best regards,

    Good Day Nighthawk,

While it's tru that it doesn't affect this event currency, I think those plane would have returned with this event currency, instead of a previous one ;)

Do you think there will be compensation for this little mistake ? (like 100 of this event basic currency)

    Thank you for you concern.

Have a nice day and GG !

  5. Hello MM77,

maybe they would - nobody knows for sure ;).

But since the drop rate in events with this event mechanic is usually quite high, the "loss" should not hurt really much.

Because of this, I don't think that there won't be a compensation for this issue .

    Kind regards,
    ~NightHawk~
