    I have set up a new account. as carolldeanrn3. I have been unable to get into the carolldeanrn2 account since last week. I have tried reloading, which did not help. Please advise me on what I need to do. I do not want to lose all my planes, etc from the other account.

    Hello carolldeanrn3,

    did you registered your account "carolldeanrn2" on the game's official website www.skyrama.com or did you used a partner side like e.g. Google+ ?

    Did you tried to delete your browser cache to solve the problem?

    What exactly happens when you try to login to the account?
    Do you get a error message? Does the loading screen stops at a certain point? Or does it remain completely empty?

    I tried all of those. But for some reason is on today - thanks. I will not be using the carolldeanrn3 account
