    Hello, I am level 30 on the game and all my friends of the same level have already had the seaplane mission, but not me so I can not have and receive. Is this normal?

    Hello LAZER-GAME,

    then it seems that you have not completed as many main quests as your friends. You can take a look to the following link and check which you quest you have at the moment and when the Seaplane quest will come.
