purchased upgrade winter event planes now missine

    Several minutes ago on 12/25/2017 I used the artic skys interface to purchase two upgraded airplanes. The frost nipper and frost medium sized plane (forgot the name). Moments later the game rebooted.
    Now I find I do not have either the two planes I purchased, or the antifreeze tokens anymore.
    Please either fix the issue with my planes, or return the antifreeze tokens.
