problem with black screen

    I have a black screen when I log in to the game at the loading site (there is no loading animation at all, only a black screen), I cleared the cache - it did not work, I reinstalled it and installed it again - it did not help, what to do?

    Hello justines74,

    this kind of problem has already been reported some time ago to the technical department. Unfortunately they have not found a general solution yet.
    Nevertheless, some player here in the forum seemed to be able to bypass the problem by rejecting all cookies in the application before logging in.
