Possible Glitch???

    Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but every now and then when a buddy sends me a plane, I get a message to say that i don't have the correct runway, but I can land other planes of the same size with no issue... Is there a workaround or something??

    For example, a buddy sent a bunch of medium sized planes earlier and I was able to land them with no issues, but approx 20 mins later, the same buddy tries to send more medium planes, and when I go to accept them, I get a message to say that I need a medium runway to land medium planes.

    Has anyone had this issue or is there a workaround for it?

    Hi Franki,

    are you sure that the plane was a medium plane? Or was it maybe a large plane?
    For a large plane you would need a large runway and a large bay :).
    You can purchase them in the Store (Airside Buildings).

    It just happened again, the message that comes up when I try and land the plane is 'You need a medium runway, to land a medium plane"

    I have no issues with any other type of medium planes, just this one.. Redfire V1 is the only plane I've encountered lately that has an issue.

    Hi Franki,

    the Redfire V1 is a large plane.

    Therefore, you will need a large runway [​IMG] to land it and a large bay [​IMG] to service it :).

    You can find them in the store among the "Airside Buildings".

    Unfortunately, it seems that there is a wrong message displayed when you try to land a large plane without the necessary equipment for this :oops:. We will forward this to the devs.

    I hope, I could make your problem a bit more clear.
