Not able to log in

    The last few days I am having trouble to log in to the game.
    I do get the login page and also can fill in my playername and password however after that the I only see the blue screen with the message get adobe flash player.
    The flash player is installed and up to date.

    Do more people have this problem or does anybody know a solution ?

    Hope to get your advice.

    Hello jc39,

    please write a ticket to the support, they might be able to check this issue and give you any advice what to do.
    In general, you could try a different browser if it the loading screen does not appear.

    I don't know how about others, but I have that screen every time i log in. Then i just click to "Get Adobe FLASH PLAYER" button and browser (chrome btw) will ask me if i want to allow flash player. ;)
