Support must make my field small every time to get the planes

    What the hell is going on with BP's technique?,
    I do not have any problems with it at night, but the time starts again and again on the eve,
    according to Dutch support it is always up to the customer, I think that the server can not handle it,
    when is this seriously looked at, instead of giving a purchase with a 50% discount,
    for a system that has been giving problems for a long time.
    I am still waiting to receive an answer and solution from April 2017.


    please give me an answer, or return my money

    Hello mash_014,

    such technical problems can not be solved in the forum. If the Dutch support told you that there shouldn't be any problems with the servers, than there is nothing more that we can do here for you.
    Nevertheless, if your post refers to the time since the event started, there has been a huge increasement of technical errors and the IT guys have already been informed.
