i purchased the cockpit for a big plane, but didn't recieve it

    you have to buy and build the plane in one go, otherwize everything is lost.

    Hello Soddis,

    please report this issue to the support, they are able to refund you the lost Aircoins and materials.

    Unfortunately, there is still a bug which leads to the loss of already built parts when logging out of the game.
    So, I would like to ask you to follow @Norway's tipp.

    I have found that too. Very expensive in one go but No different than some of the more expensive planes
