HELP!!!

good afternoon,
what a Horrible game is Skyrama at the moment. 2 days Quick Service and every 10 minutes Technical error. this is not funny anymore. my buddy radar i can handle for a little bit but my own planes i can't handle. i am realy mad at this moment. maybe someone has a solution for this problems. i think that Bigpoint realy fast needs to look for solutions. we spend ower money in this game. so we may ask for a playable game. i think many players have the same problems and give Bigpoint enough time to get a solution. so........ fix the problems

So very true katootje. The frequency of technical failures is so high that it is no fun anymore to play this game. It surprises me that it takes so long for the BP technicians to solve this problem. You wonder if they are working on the problem at all............ Anyhow, it needs to be solved quickly, otherwise all big players will not spend money on this game anymore.

I've wrote a message a couple of days ago to support.No answer.Complete ignorance.And yes... even if someone will fix the issue, my wallet is no longer available for this game.

the login and TF-problems should be fixed since yesterday afternoon.

My game is working quite well again, I hope yours does, too. If not, please write a ticket to the (english) support.

Thnx NightHawk, there are indeed periods where the game runs like in the old days, but yesterday, after 1600 hours, there were again a lot of tf's. Hopefully today will be better......

we have just been told that there will be some maintenance work, not what they are working on.

And since all games/forums are affected, they will probably do some general work.

Ticket logged with suport.No answer.Ticket closed without reason.Technical problem still there.Skyrama is now a stress factor... I quit.It was a pleasure ... till a few weeks ago.
