    Like NightHawk said, only support can help you - if they want. Some get there parts back, others not.

    The loss of parts is a bug. Only build L-planes if you have enough parts and money for all 4 stages. Proceed through all 4 stages and the final build without logging out. This should prevent loss of parts.
