Game slowed to unplayable speed

    currently the Google Chrome browser causes these problems. Please check whether using a different browser makes the game running again.

    Good morning, can you clear my cache please, every time when i logged in i got tecnical errors, also with other browsers. I can not play like this.Thank you in advance.

    Hello guys,

    your caches have been cleared.

    @Jet-Jumbo: Does the problem also occurs when you log in and then do nothing or get you only kicked out when you try to land planes?

    Hello Nighthawk, when she login and would collect the passengers its happen at once.
    I answer her because she has logout.
    I have just call her (i am not at home right now) and she has login some time ago, and she have take qs and landing some planes from her own, and after that a tecnical error again and the qs was disappeared..
    And it happened also with other browsers.

    Hi Everyone.. excuse me if i am wrong.. but please.. at least hear me out thank you.. clearing the cache will not help when it comes to technical errors.. it will only help when the game has slowed down to unplayable speed.. in some cases you can solve this by reloading the game.. always keep an eye on the cashcow & land it regularly to keep in touch with the server.. now with all that said.. the technical error is within the game itself & can only be solved by support.. so now.. i ask all of you to write to support when you get the technical error.. to make them aware of & bring this technical error issue to their attention.. for me it happened sunday.. i could service the incoming planes but i was unable to handle my own returning planes.. by taking the heart from my own planes the game crashed.. i could not know this & if i did i would not have lost a lot of incoming planes.. the buttom line is.. at technical error write to support at let them handle it for you.. they will reply to you & solve your issue as soon as possible.. even on a late sunday evening.. with my best intentions & kind regards Jan ;-)
