    I have downloaded the 64 Bits and it's working,now i play from there and it's ok!!The only problem is that it doesn't have the arrow of reloading!!

    Full screen mode is just not supported yet but will be implemented in one of the next beta versions!

    Hello Dave11116,

    from what I understood, you are still using Windows 7? Since this operation system does not get security updates by Microsoft anymore,
    the client officially only supports Windows 8, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10. It might also work with Windows 7 in some cases but it is not intended to do so.
    I would recommend you to update your operation system to a more current Windows version. Since there are no security updates for Windows 7 anymore, this is also a potential security risk.

    Hi,

    Every time I want to open a game, this screen appears. I can't get past it. (already clicked the button, reloaded, etc.)

    I have a win of 10 and I can't do it either. He writes "cannot retrieve remote tree"

    You have it in client or in chrome?
    In chrome you can in settings find it.

    Next time, please write it in English, I don't understand a word you say.
    In client i dont know how fix it, because in client is adobe flash player deleted. (i think)

    What happens when you want to play with multiple airports? At the moment I have up to 3 different airports open at the same time (with different browsers - Opera, Egde & Chrome). Will that be possible in the future?

    It is not possible, you can only open 1 window of skyrama

    Good morning ,
    I have questions on the subject (I hope this is the right place)

    • there are two programs to download, 32Bit and 64Bit, can they be chosen indifferently?
    • what's the difference between 32Bit and 64Bit?
    • Does my PC have any special requirements for the game to work properly?

    Hello topgun123,

    you can check the Bit version of your system by typing "control panel" in the Windows search bar. Then move to "system and security -> system" in the new window. There should be an information like "system type: 64-Bit operation system, x64 based CPU" (or 32-Bit, according to your system).
    The client version you need to download has to fit the specification there.

    I have the same issue, selected ignore, waited until completed and then it still worked

    indeed, that worked for me, still weird, we have three laptops, two give an error and one does not. Skyrama is the only app which gives issues. In my honoust view, Skyrama is causing the error and not our laptops. Givin the work Bigpoint has done on improving other skyrama issues, nothing will change :(
     
  19. I have the same problem... it worked very well yesterday, this afternoon and suddenly I had this screen... what can I do to be able to play ?

    Yes you can open more than 1 screen, I have 2 open, all the time. Just click the icon 2 times
