ive sent out 210 aircraft...returned all 210.sent them out again and I have ONE trophy for the special event. Is something wrong I dont know about?....Kevin

 

I'm playing almost 4 hours, servicing buddies and mine planes (hundreds of them) and NO TROPHIES!!!! What's going on??? Please resolve issue asap as this is wasting of the time... Thank you in advance

of course, the very low dropping rate is quite disappointing.
We do not have any information whether this was planned or whether this is a technical problem again.

Over 200 planes landed and not one single event currency. That's from quickies to 4+hr planes! Guess I gotta look elsewhere for a new game. Put lots of money over the years 8+. I guess it's time to quit!!!

 

I have over 600 trophies but I have done thousands of planes.

 

I have same problem very few trophies, whats happening, every event the same.

I have noticed a number of buddies must be buying the event planes perhaps that is the plan, not worth it.

I too have noticed the low trophy count for this event. I have 137 trophies after sending thousands of planes since start of this event. From quick planes to 20 hour planes, the low trophy count is perplexing.

I think to the video slot machines in casinos. When they put a 94% win chip in the machine, the slot player loses. When they put the 98% win chip in the machine, the slot player usually wins big. The "Golden Cow".

This makes me wonder if the game devs are programming percentages into the plane classes. Before the Air Olympics Event, I had reasoned out that the event currency was at a 20 to 25% exchange rate with total passenger planes sent instead of gifts. this allowed for hundreds of event currency easily.

Then, the Air Olympics Event was switched to both gifts and event currency with each flight. Last two events seem plagued with low event currency.

Seems the solution is switch back to both gifts and event currency for all passenger flights.
1) Smooth gameplay
2) Creates incentive for players to increase hangar spaces for new event planes
3) Makes better word of mouth for players to bring friends into the game.

I do want the game devs to keep making money. It makes sense to have both gifts and event currency for each passenger flight.

Just my two cents.

 

We are well aware the current event, sadly, has an issue with the trophies, however, it is only this event.
There was an Official Annoucement during the previous event explaining the change in event mechanics, ie the likelihood of receiving an event currency was directly related to the length of the flight.

In regards to other players having the event planes already, please do remember this is a flashback event, and therefore all of these planes have been available before. Whilst, it is possible players have purchased the event currency, it is also possible (and likely) that the aforementioned players won the event planes during previous events.
