FAQ Changing your in-game account information

    Greetings Airport Managers,

    In order to change your mail address or password click on the settings gears and click the change password icon.

    Once clicked the following screen will appear.

    • You can change your password and your E-mail-address
    • You can subscribe or unsubscribe for the newsletter
    • You can change the display language of the account center
    • You can change your birthdate
    After typing in your new data and clicking "next", you will receive a mail to the given E-mail-address.

    In this mail is a button "Confirm new password" (e.g.). Please click the button.
    You get redirected to the account center and it will be displayed a message "Success. Your password has been changed."

    Then, you can log out from the account center and everything is done! :)
