why do not I get 'hearts' from my friends from the event?

 

Hello babička1960 !!

During the current event, the event currency is only received from our own aircraft,
and, as always, cargo planes do not provide the event currency.

 

but why ? this is slow collect (for me with 220 planes)

 

This event is designed in this way.
You spend a lot of time on the game, so you will not have a problem getting a few new planes

 

not so much time, it takes another 24 days and I play only on weekends

 

Hello Dexac, the game is at the moment like this. Its not your fault,and you can not change it, thats a pity. But babicka have absolutely right. I remember years ago there was told us that the events, also like this one, that they are also for the "small"players, and they could not make everybody happy. The events was a way to get more planes for the small players. And they have changed it again, its now only for the big players with thousands of planes,(like me) they have to change something, that when i send my planes to my buddys, they get also the event coins from me. Thats what they have to do. The most of the small players have also only a few big planes, so the little ones not bringing eventcoins for them, so they can not buy the XXL plane. We (the big players) want to help them so they can also take some XXL planes, but we can not do that. The game is that we have to help eachother, but we can not do that, only with more points, but they needed also eventcoins. And all this was the reason from the events, helping. Try to tell them in Hamburg again they have to change it. And tell them that they making more money when they are changing that. Because that is what they want. Let them change it that our buddys also getting eventcoins from our planes.

it is right that it would be not fair if event currency is only dropped by own planes with the same drop rate as in the past events.
But the significant difference in this event is that almost every plane (except for cargo planes of course) drops the basic event currency (chocolate box). So planes with a flight time of eg. 6 minutes or 1 hour (the small players have usually quite a few of them) drop event currency with the same probability as planes with a long flight time do.
So (unfortunately) helping small players to collect event currency is not possible this time but they can instead collect much event currency by themselves when they start their short time planes again and again.

So I think there won't be any change of this issue. Nevertheless there will (probably on Monday) be a little fix which should decrease the amount of technical errors a little bit.

I have nothing against friendly help or changes in the game,
but I have learned to accept the reality of Skyrama as it is...

but information about the planned amendment is really important because it will allow us, all players play smoothly

I didn't say you have something against friendly help. And i have also learned accept the reality, thats why i play again. My question was only , maybe you can try to push them in Germany a little they changing that.

 

We can help newcomers by servicing their small planes more often. Then they bring them more event currency.

P.S. Airplanes shuffled between when returning. It really hinders. Although I send them very beautiful.
