  1. Dear Airport Managers,

in order to comply with the security measures implemented in the latest versions of most browsers, we have moved our games to secure "https" domains. This change may cause your browser not to remember your password, if you had it stored before to be able to log in quickly.

If that's the case and you don't remember your password to log in again, here are some ways you can look into your browser's settings and recover your password:

    Firefox:
    1) Click on the Menu button in the upper right side
    2) Click on Options
    3) On the left side, choose Security
    4) Go to Saved Logins
    5) Click on Show Passwords
    6) Look for your game login and password, and use them on the game login page.

    Chrome:
    1) Click on the Menu button in the upper right side
    2) Click on Settings, then on Advanced Settings
    3) Scroll down and select Manage Passwords
    4) Find the game in the login lists, then click on Show Password, and use them on the game login page.

    Edge/Internet Explorer:
    1) Go to your computer’s Control Panel
    2) Choose User Accounts
    3) Click on Manage Your Credentials
    4) Select Web Credentials
    5) Find the game in the login lists, then click on Show Password, and use them on the game login page.

    Opera:
    1) Click on the Menu button in the upper left side
    2) Click on Settings
    3) Go to the Privacy and Security tab
    4) Click on Show All Passwords
    5) Find the game in the login lists, then click on Show Password, and use them on the game login page.

If you are unable to find your password using this method, please do not hesitate to contact the support.

    Have fun in the game!

  2. Dear Airport Managers,

we will have a downtime today at some time between 12 noon and 3 pm (CET / UTC+1) – when exactly it takes place depends on when the IT guys are ready with their preparations.

It might be that the downtime will only take 10 minutes or it can also take longer. This depends on how fast the following update can be implemented:
    • SSL certificate update – The update to align with new security requirements is going live.

  3. Dear Airport Managers,

we have been told that the update will be postponed to next week.

So, there won't be any downtime today.

  4. Dear Airport Managers,

The change from http to https caused us some problems and because of this we had some serious login problems this afternoon.

Thankfully, these problems should now be fixed.

We apologize for all the trouble .

    Have a nice evening,

  5. Dear Airport Managers,

since we switched from http to https, there have been problems to login to the game when not using the URL www.skyrama.com but the former URLs like uk.skyrama.com / us.skyrama.com etc..

Now, there should be an automatic redirection of the different language URLs to www.skyrama.com where you can login normally.
This link works and should be used in the future.

Furthermore some bug fixes that have been done during the last weeks had to be reintegrated once again because they were overwritten by the latest updates for the security certificates.

Today, the bug fix for the glass drop rate was synced again, so long-timed cargo planes should now bring more glass than short-timed cargo planes again :).

    Have a nice afternoon,
    Your Skyrama Team

  6. Dear Airport Managers,

our IT department has been working hard over the last few weeks to switch our games from http to the encrypted https standard. Most of the work is done and only a few tasks have to be done to complete the change.

If you still have login problems, please contact our support team (http://uk.bigpoint.com/support/) who will try to help you.

Please note that our forums continue to be operated in the http standard. A change to https would cause large problems for the users and moderators of our forum which would strongly impair the user friendliness of the forum. For this reason, the forum is still listed as http. However, you can rely on the fact that this will not affect the security of the user data, since there is no direct login process in the forum itself and no sensitive data is transferred to an unsafe area.

    Have a nice evening,
    Your Skyrama Team
