Can't play/White screen

    After I log in I am now facing a white screen which goes on indefinitely. What is the fix to this so I can play?

    Hello Pandalore,

    the IT guys checked your account and could log in to your account without any problems.

    I would like to ask you to clear your browser cache :).

    Maybe this solves your problem.

    Sorry for the late reply, I cleared my cache using both Firefox or Edge but still, it leaves me with a white screen :(

    Hi,

    did you enable the Flash Player and Cookies for the website?

    Without doing this, it is not possible to play.

    Three technical errors within 5 minutes Guess you better extend this event since much time was taken up in tech errors Why Why Why all the technical errors 4 within 8 minutes
