Cant login my old user

    hi
    i was going to check out skyrama again after some years away.
    i didnt remember my password, so i tryed to get it on my email, but it says that there is no username With the name i was writing in the "forgot Your password" Place. i found out that i was going to check if that was the correct username, so i made a New one so i could search it up in-game. i found my old user, but at forgot password site it says that there is no user With that name. How is that possible?

    btw my old username was Senterpartiet

    please write a ticket to the support. They might be able to help you, we in the forum do not have the possibility to find out what's wrong with your old account.
