Blocking planes from a certain player

Is there a way to block planes and fly-by's from a certain player?
Yesterday someone sent me a few planes that I serviced. I can't remember if they were online and I sent them any back yesterday. If they were I would have since I always send planes to those who send me if their light is on. If their light isn't on I only send planes if I have communicated with them through fly-by's and know if and what kind of planes they want. Today this person's light wasn't on so I didn't send anything. Then they started sending me lots of baby planes that takes a couple of minutes. I figured they were on a quest and needed items from my country so I serviced all I managed and sent the baby planes I had to them. Don't know if I sent them a few one hour planes as well. I sent all I had at home. Then they sent me some very rude fly-by's and after that loads and loads of pre-existing ones. I deleted the person from my buddy list. Then a new person sent me a plane that I serviced and after that I got a rude fly-by from them too and then loads more. I assume this is either the same person with multiple accounts or a friend of theirs. I've accepted maybe 50 or something and there are loads more in my plane list that I just leave there now. But it got me thinking about if there was a way to block people from sending you planes. Oh and I did write back to that first person on a fly-by that I tried to help them when I thought they were on a quest and that I only send when someone's light is on unless they've asked me to send them planes and that all they'd had to do was send me a message and ask for planes. It didn't seen to help though because they kept sending me rude fly-by's.

there is no direct possibility to block a player. You can only delete him/her from your buddy list. But in that case you should choose the correct point of time for that. If you have still any planes in the air coming back from the player, he/she might appear in your list again after you landed your planes (if he/she has serviced the planes and you collect the hearts). The same applies for the case that the player has still some own planes in the air which have been sent to your airport.
Then, those players would only be able to send planes to you via the world map, but as discussed in your last post, the selection of players shown there is kind of randomly chosen among all players being online in the last time. So, the probability that they will find you there would be rather small I think.

Thank you for your quick reply! Yes they came back to my list after I had deleted them again like you said so there where probably still some planes active. I'm thinking maybe my name is one of the ones that's shown for players right now since I am an active player because I got yet another player harassing me. They are using the same language in their messages on the fly-by's so I assume this is one person with multiple accounts now. Ah well I just ignore them for now

yes, ignoring them would then be the only possibility. But if they start insulting or something like that, please write a ticket to the support with a screenshot of the flyby. Insults are not tolerated and such accounts will be warned or even (temporalily) banned.

They were rude but not personally insulting really. Just the same rude message on loads of different fly-bys. Hasn't gotten any today, but if they feel insulting or threatening in the future I will consider reporting it. Thanks again!
