Problems after maintenance work

I don't know if it's related but I don't have any more tuning parts for planes

 

This morning again the event disappeared and reappeared after I serviced all my planes.

if the window with the cookie settings does not open automatically after starting the Skyrama application, you can trigger it manually by clicking the "Cookie Settings" button in the bottom right corner of the application home page (before logging in).

Then, as already mentioned above, click "reject all" and "save and quit" (or similar). Afterwards, you should be able to login without having a black screen.

The event has disappeared again. How do you earn event coins if he disappears every morning? Besides, I still lost my upgrade parts for my planes. It would be nice to compensate us for these problems that have been going on since the beginning of the year.

Upgrade parts keep disappearing, and event as well... then multiple times after reload none of the planes that were in the air were bringing event currency... thats lot of time and effort wasted, we should really receive some decent compensation...

 

Bovendien ben ik nog steeds mijn upgrade-onderdelen voor mijn vliegtuigen kwijtgeraakt. Het zou mooi zijn om ons te compenseren voor deze problemen die al sinds het begin van het jaar spelen. En wanneer krijg ik deze onderdelen terug, ik kan nog steeds geen vliegtuigen upgraden, dit maakt me niet gelukkig. Wordt hier nog iets aan gedaan??

How much longer will this problem continue ? Not seeing anyone from the Support Team updating the users about any progress being made in resolving these issues, which are quite annoying and costly for me....I have lost thousands of tuning parts that I expect will be returned if a fix is found...The uncertainty of the outcome of these issues has made me hesitant to invest money in this game as I normally would...Again, let us know if there is any update ,, even if it is not much.. It's always nice to hear from you guys every now and then...thanks

unfortunately the source of the problem regarding the reset of tuning parts and the often disappearing and reappearing event could not be found yet. Otherwise we would have informed you about that. I do not know how long it will take to locate the problem. So, there is nothing that we can do at the moment.

"there's nothing we can do" that's not a fair answer for us NightHawk. we understand a problem after a period of time...but now they are very frequent and your answer is "we can't do anything". I sent 600 planes now, the event disappeared ... and they return with nothing.. I think that for the problems you have, you should compensate the users with at least 10,000 event coins. we lost time...and we are losing time to collect them.
for the money we invest, we deserve this

 

I agree with everything that was said (written) here. It's still just "you have to wait" and "we don't know what to do with it" or "we're working on it". Are you trying to put us off the game completely? The event doesn't disappear for me, but the planes don't bring any currency to the event!! I'm not even talking about upgrade parts. This is not normal. Finally give us some compensation!! Turn off the event is useless anyway. Turn it on when everything is resolved.
