SMS bug ?

    Hello, I sent 7x SMS to aer, but the E-mail was not confirmed and I was not sent to the game, can you do something about it? Thank you.
    And when I open it + at aer so I do not see anything there, please for help.

    payment issues can not be handled here in the forum. Please write a ticket to the payment (!) support. Open the payment window when you are logged in the game and click the support button in the top right corner.

    A new window should open, then please choose the payment method SMS and enter all the information required.
