PAYMENT PROBLEM PLEASE HELP ME!

    my credit card payment methods are gone, how do I show up again? I can not explain this problem to support because the ticket comes only by choice of the game itself

    There are thousands of payment methods in my account until yesterday, today there are only two ways, because the other ways were removed from my account without any warning?

    I know I should not complain here, but in support there is no way to express the correct way

    Hello Ornoti,

    what do you mean by "you can not explain this problem to support"? For any payment issues, please open the payment window and click the support button in the top right corner.

    Hello Ornoti,

    you just have to enter your name and your mail address in the support formular and choose a payment method (you can choose one of the methods which disappeared). Then submit the formular and you will get an answer from the support team. By replying to this answer, you can explain your problem to them.
