Hi ~NightHawk~.. thank you but something has gone really wrong after the last clearing of my cache.. game is slower than ever.. sometimes i can't land any flights unless i reload the game.. i have flights stuck in the runway & a reload does not help.. further more.. no matter what kind of cargo plane i send none of them are returning with glass.. so now i am no longer able to build l-planes.. i have tried another browser.. same problem.. i have done all & followed all your earlier advices.. hope you can help me out with this asap.. thank you in advance.. kind regards Jan ;-) username & id : jank1961 / 5264246

if you use Quick Service and get a technical error it might happen that planes seem to "stuck" on the runway. In that case, please reload the game once again and then move those planes by hand to a parking position. As soon as they stay on a parking position, you should be able to use the Quick Service button to collect XP, etc. and move them back to the hangar again.
The chance for glass increases with the flight time of the cargo plane, for planes under 8 hours there is usually not that much glass dropped.
If the game runs very slow it might be that there are a lot of buddy planes flying to your airport, then it just helps to try to service them in order to decrease the amount of approaching planes. Another possibility would be to switch off the animations in the game settings (if they are still switched on), this should also improve the games performance.

Hi ~NightHawk~.. i have followed all your advices & instructions.. i usually only play on xp days with the quick service enabled.. but now.. today i am playing without the quick service to see the difference.. & it seems to me that everything is working ok.. so far.. never say never.. i have never had issues or problems with the quick service before until now.. it all began right after the last event ended.. even yesterday.. sunday.. after you cleared the cache & i reloaded the game.. with the quick service enabled.. still the same issues & problems.. so now the question is.. if no quick service then i am unable to handle my airport.. sending & receiving flights.. it simply takes too long.. with more than 1000 flights being handled on all xp days it can't be done without the quick service.. if the issues & problems lays within the quick service all of the sudden.. then it must be an errror / flaw at Big Point on their skyrama server cuz as i said i never have had any kind of issues or problems with the quick service before.. until now.. so will you please send this to tech support asap so it can fixed asap.. thank you.. kind regards Jan ;-)

 

Hi ~NightHawk~ ;-) just forget about it ok.. i have cleaned the cache myself.. but i still have some issues & problems with the game when the quick service is enabled.. all these problems started after i advanced from level 75.. so i guess i can expect more of the same as i level up.. then the trouble must be at bigpoint & the skyrama server.. have a nice time.. kind regads Jan ;-)

 

Sorry man but I have issues again to play. Please clear again my cache. The game drop me out from playing. This is embarassing for me.

 

I have the same problem. After 1 minute of playing it kicks me out without saving any progress. I have tried more browsers multiple times but always the same problem occurs.

Hello guys,

such problems like being thrown out of the game when trying to service certain planes are probably not related to any cache issue but more to some short-term technical problem with the account of the player who has sent the planes to you or where you have sent your planes to.
These problems should usually solve themselve after half a day at the latest.

Nevertheless, I have cleared your caches again.

And yours of course as well.
