WHERE IS SUPPORT ?????

    Goodmorning,
    This is the message i get Always from Bigpoint when i have a problem which they could handle. Its now the fourth time in several months that i need some help for my airport, and also the fourth time that i hear NOTHING from them..:mad:
    I know that BP there also have used the broom and have many people fired. And they have placed new persons they have never played this game. And this is what somebody told me from support self!!!!
    The last time i have send my problem, was a week ago , also on Friday, i don,t know how long it takes in China one business day, but here it takes 24 hours , and not 120.!

    I have several XXL planes not working well.
    1 Doppel it takes 12 hours instead 16..
    1 Doppel after a error can,t not tuned again, its stay till 3 stars and say that the time is 16hours , but it isn't.
    The same with 3 Iceings...
    The same with 2 Airtrains...
    1 Corncod 2 come back after 10 hours instead of 12.
    And this is only with the XXL , and i forgot for sure something. I have that problem also with the other planes.

    And they and you moderators can clean the cachés 10 times a day, and i also, but that's not the problem and its not helping.
    I have logged in in The Netherlands, in GB and in Italy.....and not on the same day, i talking in months and not a week .
    Once i had send this problem to the GB support, and the Dutch support have give me an answer that i have to send it to GB..o_Oo_Oo_O..!!! I did that !!

    So if there is nobody there anymore to help what else can we do.? Staying with the problems, again and again. And there arriving more after making a new XXL.
    And BP can insert every day for months that Happy Hour, but it isn't help anymore.
    So when there is nobody anymore who wants and can help , why should we send a message to support.?

    There is somebody in support, Saturday arrived a message, and they going to help me. Thats good news. Thanks.
