L plane problem

    So a while ago when i tried to build an L plane, i started by building the cockpit and then i logged off. Next day i went back on and noticed that the cockpit wasnt even built, but my resources were gone. I grinded again and got all the pieces again, built the cockpit and it dissapeard again with my resources gone. I have the resources one more time and i would like to know if the issue has been fixed before i try to build an l plane again.

    Hello Nicopico,

    unfortunately the issue is still there. Single built parts (like a cockpit) might get lost if you log out of the game.

    To make it working, you have to collect first all needed materials and Aircoins for all four parts (cockpit, fuselage, wing unit and turbine) and then build the whole plane.

    I forgot to plan ahead, was unable to build all 4 parts and lost several materials. Support states that the lost parts will not be compensated. Is this a new policy? I thought support was willing before to compensate. It might be a good idea to inform players that building L-planes is at their own risk, since bug related loss of parts is permanent. Disappointing to learn that Bigpoint not only fails to fix bugs but also refuses to take responsibility for results because of those errors :confused:

    i think they should make it so that you just need the hole amount of parts and money and then only one butten to push and build the hole plane. i have been in same situation 3 times before.

    Good idea. It happened one time to me too, but I didn't wrote to support so I never got bqck those resources.
