    this is an assignment, but I do not know

    look at the world map and find a country that has silk and send a cargo plane to that country.

    Hello mash_014,

    silk ribbon is the fourth raw material you need for the Gift shop. It is unlocked when your Gift shop reaches level 7. From that point, you can find it as @Norway already described.

    If you click on a shop, the actual shop level is shown in the top right corner. You have to reach level 7 to unlock the silk ribbon.

    I also do. We have forwarded the problems but we did not get any information yet how long it might take to solve them. So, actually there is nothing more we can do.
