TF again, and again and again...

  1. Dear Bigpoint, another day for me on which I'd like to play the game I like the most, but... today again too much technical errors, has been exagerated lately with those, but today is even worse, refreshing, logging in again, does not even help, I can't even log in again.
    I'm not the kind of person to complain, but it's getting very frustrated. When oh when will you for once and for all reason with customer service in priority and make sure that problems get solved?

  4. Same problems with my account. Technical failures again and again. Then not possible to login or with a very long time delay. Then finding out that you have a rollback of sometimes 200000 ep. This is not funny at all. I like the game very much, but this is really catastrophic and disappointing, regards, tobias

  5. I have a similar situation today. There are at least 50 technical errors. Then not possible to login or with a very long time delay. :(:(:(

    I had the same problems as you yesterday - for sure it was not funny or nice to play :eek:.

    We will report this and hope that it will not happen again with such a intensity.

  8. Thanks for your support, unfortunately today, almost at the same time, again, lost connection tru TF about 20' ago and still not succeeded to enter the game again...

    Shall I start sending some requests for official compensation to Bigpoint? This is in the end still a game for which I spend real money so I'm entitled to put in a claim no?

    The game is not starting for more than an hour.

    The already paid QS is going down the drain.

    I would be be very useful if these problems, techical error, dropouts, game not startings would be solved, cos not only the money should be taken from the players, but support should be given, as well.

    You are taking the temper of the players away with these series of faults, while they only rage instead of enjoy themselves.

    This event is ending Wonder if a new event will start shortl I vote for Halloween/ Octoberfest
