Bug BUG...ERROR...BUG...ERROR

    WOW.....Strange !!!!!, something was going wrong . How is that possible.????

    :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

    I had 9858 reels collected.....this evening i come to 10.000 reels, i thought..!!!
    I would buy 50 starwolf helicopter, i had clicked 20 times for buying 20 heli's .
    And you know what.???
    Yes of course , a technical error for the 20 ths time this day.:mad::mad::mad:

    I have relogged again and have take a look in my hangar, and what i see was there are only 2 Starwolf in it.
    But my counter from the reels has another counting, it is now on 8458....!!!!!
    So now they have stolen 1000 reels.!!!!!

    Yesterday 56 pieces off glass, and now 1000 reels....and nobody do something about it.
    Its a shame...I have other words for it...but i am not saying it here...

    I had 100 more then this , because i have landed more planes in that time.

    Have fun.... And maybe tonight is there again "Happy Hour" now with 40 % again..
    but not my money anymore.

    Hello olandiano,

    in such a case please write a ticket to the support, they might be able to comprehend what was going wrong and might refund you the lost event currency.

    In the forum, we do not have the possibilites to check issues like that.

    Hi Nighthawk, thanks for your reply. I know you don't have the possibilites for helping us, i know also you have , but you not allowed anymore. I have writing a ticket ,and they have the same answer you have right now. Only they give the problem to Germany. But i write it here every time i can, because i am very frustrated..I have got an answer from the Dutch team from support, i will not put it here, because it explane a lot. The thing is , i have payed many money to play this game, i was very honestly Always, but i know it is for nothing, because its almost game over, and i do not get the things back that they have stolen.
    They don't even look on my airport, also the support don't do it.It says enough. They don't look also in the logfile. So i have to say it sometimes here on this forum,because its the only one is left,and i know that nobody do something about it.I have the last week more then one ticket send to support. And it is Always the same. We have send your problem to the team, and they look ....and the rest i do not tell here.
    But thanks that you have seen the problem and have given a answer.
