General comments about game problems

Isn't it amazing how some updates work without a hitch (new looking hangars - for free) and others (xxl planes - for real money) don't work properly after 2 months!! Why introduce new features, when there are so many existing problems that need fixing?
No official announcements about the 2nd and 3rd construction hall slots not working - just take the money! That problem should have been fixed or those 2 slots should have been scrapped! I don't think there is a player that hasn't lost something with this problem - it STINKS!
Considering that English is the world- and the official language of aviation and there are probably as many English speaking players as there are Germans, it is strange to what extent the English forum is neglected. The difference between the German and English forums is staggering (in terms of official announcements) - so the question to game operators: why neglect the English speaking section (40% of players?)?
Classic example: the change in the storeability of construction- and re-cycling hall warranted an official announcement.
So - just put these comments down to a rant by yet another disgruntled player (that number is growing fast!).

I had problems With the first few planes, and have built 95 With no problems. L Planes by the way.

 

I just lost a "Boxing 636". I always land 2 cash cows (no other activity), then I refresh the game to make sure that there is enough glass. This time I had 34 glass (after a refresh - for a Boxing 636 you need 29) and as soon as I hit the "CRAFT" button the game crashed and I ended up with 2 glass and no plane under construction!
I have been reading your posts, NORWAY, and I want to know your secret for not having constant problems with the large planes!

At the moment there's some problems with construction hall, so maybe better if not trying to do L-planes before this problem been solved.

In Recyclingcenter you can recycle planes and get parts to build L-planes in Construction hall.

 

I hit CRAFT and saw my materials diminish, but no plane was added to my hangar?

?? what do I do to get (a) my materials back or (b) the plane?
