Why punished the players?

    Hi Skyrama,

    Just to let you know that account is showing "client currently unavailable". After sending a post I found out from other players that this mean that my account is banned due to glitch from the last event.

    I don't understand Skyrama why "paying" customers like me have to suffer from glitch which clearly from your system. I hope out banned accounts will be solved ASAP.

    What makes me more angry is that no notice or email sent to us regarding to this matter.

    If my account will be banned forever I deserve all the money I've paid in this account refunded since I started skyrama.
