What is going on with Bigpoint

    Dunno what the problem is.
    Lots of Technical failures and planes recieved and handled dont give hearts.
    Lots of buddy's compaining that the planes are not handled. But they are handled by hand with QS.
    More pl having tghe same problems??

    I have the same problem and several friends have encountered this problem.
    This happens with all types of planes and with banners as well.

    When will Bigpoint take these issues into consideration?

    Because in the meantime, we continue to pay for this game but the problems are not resolved, we lose experience points and this creates tensions between friends.

    When is Bigpoint going to take its customers, that is, we the paying players, into consideration?

    Hallo maontje and Alni,

    have you already tried to clear the planes that are on the runway after logging in without QA?

    It could also be that the problem is caused by a single buddy, in which case these planes should not be further processed.

    Only the support can give you information about this, in the forum we don't have the means to help you.
