User ID FAQ

    Where can I locate my User ID and Username?

    After you have signed in to your airport, in the top upper left of the screen Above the Aircains and Aircash Icons. Your Airport name and User ID is located there.

    Your User Id is important,
    as it is how members of the team can look in to your account issues more effectivly.

    Always rememeber to post your User ID when making a post in the Technical Section of the Forums.​
