    Good evening,
    I downloaded the game client... however, after entering the password and username, the game doesn't load.

    Hello GarotoImperial,

    could it be that you have a black playing field?

    If yes, please reject all cookies in the Skyrama application before logging in to the game.

    If the window with the cookie settings does not open automatically after starting the Skyrama application, you can trigger it manually by clicking the "Cookie Settings" button in the bottom right corner of the application home page (before logging in).

    Then, click "reject all" and "save and quit" (or similar). Afterwards, you should be able to log in without having a black screen.

    This might help to solve the problem.
