The Big Plus! pop-up

Hello everyone,

I am having a problem with this The Big Plus! pop-up window. When the game is finished with loading, this window pops up and I can't close it. It is just blank (gray) and there are no options in it.

When it pops up, everything else is in the background, so I can't play.

Any suggestions?

 

Not really sure what you're talking about.. can you please take a screenshot?

 

He is talking about the window that pops up every time the game starts, in order to buy the event packages

Yea, thats the annoying thing. I have said, they need to remove this thing, but so far nothing.
They can put a dedicated button for it, during event, so it desont mess with our nerves every time we login in the game.
And i am pretty sure you know, that we are logging in like zillions of times, with all the bugs the game has.
And every time besides the rest we have to wait for that annoyance above!!!!!

harunurah i see you are using an ad blocker. Try removing it for this site. It may resolve your issue.

have you checked if you get the error with all browsers? It might be a problem of a single browser. It happens some times.
