    Object goal : "Send 45 planes to Guiana" It's actually Guyana not Guiana. It's even spelled incorrectly on the world map. French Guiana is however spelled correctly.


    Not sure if this was the thread to post this in. But hope it gets to whoever needs to correct this.

    a little extra tidbit:
    Guiana and Guyana sound the same but are spelt differently. Basically "Guiana" is the name of a specific geographic area in South America which covers Guyana, Suriname, French Guiana, parts of Brazil and parts of Venezuela. At one point in time during the european colonization and conflict in South America, there was British Guiana (Guyana), Dutch Guiana (Suriname) and French Guiana. Some historians contend there was also Portuguese Guiana (Brazil) and Spanish Guiana (Venezuela). This Guiana region was just basically fought over by the europeans and divided up. Hence Guyana and French Guiana somewhat retained this name.
    British Guiana was changed to Guyana when it became independent.
