Skyrama freezes and shortly after crashes

    Hello Guys,

    Everything was fine for the past years. Around two weeks ago during playing or even without making any actions launcher simply freezes and then closes. Even on login screen.
    I didn't change PC during that time so I assume it might be a problem with launcher.
    Recently I tried to reinstall it and clear cache but it didn't help :<

    Hello Kubanemo01,

    the problem isn't with the launcher. Is your system up to date? Is your graphics card working?

    Was the entire launcher really deleted?

    Please proceed as follows:

    C:\Users\Your Name\Skyrama <-- The folder should no longer be there after uninstallation; if it is, please delete it.

    And

    C:\Users\Your Name\AppData\Local\Bigpoint GmbH <-- You should also delete this after uninstallation, as it will definitely remain.

    Please restart the computer and reinstall.
