    I've been having the same problem since before Christmas, and am unable to contact payment support as not all the required fields can be filled out on the automatically generated form

    When I attempt to make any in game purchase via Kongregate I get the following message:

    This pack is currently not available.
    It's possible that you already own this pack or it's not available in your country.

    Your account information will be automatically generated and filled in for you.

    This happens for coins, aircash or event packs.

    I've contacted the Customer Care Team, and was told to contact payment support via the form, which I've told them doesn't work. Most frustrating
