    Dear Airport Managers,

    Over the last few weeks it has been possible to tune the Ramacopter 'Hinderburg' (from Halloween Event 2013) in the Engineering Bay to level 4.
    This is an error, as this plane is an event plane which can normally just be tuned to level 3 only. The plane had a malfunction after the tuning process and could not be started anymore.

    Today, there was a hotfix removing the possibility of a fourth tuning step in the Engineering Bay.
    The issue will be under observation over the next few days in an attempt to ascertain the behaviour of the planes that have been tuned to level 4.

    Please report any issues relating to the Hinderburg through the normal means.
