Players do not appear online

good aftenoon,after the update the players are not appearing online, l have already restarted and the error continues.

When will the online visibility issue be fixed?
From Friday to Sunday there are Double and Triple XP.

Is it fixed? I don't know if is related but I have a bug, I completed the medium hangar mission but it doesn't appear in my inventory and now I can't progress in the game, I can play it for a few minutes until it crashes and it says I need to restart and when I do none of my progress was saved. I also can't see any players to send my planes in the various countries. I tried finding a forum specific to this but I couldn't find it so I thought I would report it here

unfortunately there have been several problems since the update, including the one you listed here. As far as I know, you have already written to support.

They are looking for a solution, so there has probably been no response yet.

Sorry but you made a bonus code. That is nice from you, but how are people, who don´t use Discord or other communication platforms with other players to know who is online and who is not, supposed to know who is open and who is closed when the problem is not yet fixed???

 

Bonus code should be extended as it is unlikely anyone will use it by January 19th as the visibility issue is still not resolved.
