Bug Planes coming back without hearts

    Good morning. Sorry for writing this in here, but it´s happening for a long time and it´s annoying.

    So, the problem is, my planes often come back without hearts, even when the player themselves confirmed they serviced my planes, sometimes even with a picture. Amount of hearts also often says all planes were serviced. I usually have to wait before landing the rest for them to bring hearts.

    Please fix this, It´s NOT FUNNY!!! Especially when I´m in a hurry and I don´t have the time to wait, I lose a lot of aircoins and XP just because of this bug. This has been happening for a long time.

    Hello gotuzil49,

    to avoid the problem you described, you should not dispatch planes or land your own planes immediately after starting the game, but let the game run in “idle” mode until all the data has been loaded in the background.

    This will not change, how quickly the game loads also depends on the performance of your PC or internet connection.

    Unfortunately, there is no signal that indicates that all the data has been loaded. During this time, you should dispatch the Coincorde AlphaCharlie (the small yellow system plane) a few times, as more data is usually loaded when it reappears. (This can take 10 minutes or more on EP days.)

    If necessary, land one of your own planes and see if it has a heart.
