No virtual credit

    Has anyone else paid for Aircash and not received it?? Opened a ticket up about it and was told I received it straight away but I didn't. Opened another ticket with a screenshot to prove I haven't received. Need Aircash updated so that I can get the Polarama planes I want.

    Yes. Just had to buy some more. Now waiting for the BigPoint to get back to me.

    Just had my ticket closed because Bigpoint can't find what I'm on about.

    I'll spell it out to them. I paid £8.99 for 300 Aircash (559873177) on Fri 2nd Jan 2015 at 18:07. Went to the game and it was not added to my game. I then had to buy 150 Aircash (560251252) on Sun 4th Jan at 14:08 which was added almost immediately.

    Surely Bigpoint could see that the 300 was not added. And today it is still not added.

    Can you now refund my £8.99 as I had to buy extra that was not needed.
