Missions that are supposed to give me items... don't

    A while ago, I completed a mission that would give me a sign. It didn't show up in my storage. I reloaded, but to no avail. I didn't care much, cause it was a sign... But now, I completed the mission that would give me another helicopter hangar (thats what it looked like on the + screen), and once again, not in my storage, store, or on my airport even after refreshing. I need that hangar! Please help! :(

    Few quests earlier you've got copter hangar and one copter bay and both on your airport, so nothing shouldn't be missing.
