    I understand you closed my thread from 1 week ago stating "Support would get back to me". Mod-mama said she would follow-up Thursday, then Friday, then well it's the weekend wait until Monday, now Monday is over and still nothing!!!

    No Air-base, support still has not replied. However, I just now sent another email, again including my email address, user ID number and user name.

    Rainbow, perhaps you're using wrong channel for communication. While connected to game, use "Support" link, is bellow radar, a little on right. I'm using that all the time, ticket is created, usually support contacts me in 2-3 hours max.

    Thanks for the advice but I did use the "support" link, counting yesterday 3 times!
