Losing passengers daily.

I have now for the last few days lost passengers daily. I have lost 30.000 to 50.000 pass. I play several times a day ( or for many hours ), and when I get back I have seen that I lost many passengers.
PS: I have not lost any day of playing in the time I have played this game.

 

Do you use all paxes you have? Cos paxes are leaving after 5 days, so if you have more "old" paxes than you use they are leaving. Eg you collect everyday 50000 paxes and using 30000. That means that after 5 days you're losing 20000 paxes each day.

I have now lost between 30.000 and 50.000 passengers over 5-6 times the last few days so the total is now over 150.000. And I did post that I have played EVERYDAY, without missing one single day..
The lost is: there were 234.000 when I left the game .. 3 hours later there were 175.000

What is this paxes !?
Do you say that you have some kind of weird system where you take an amount away !?

 

Paxes=passengers... And yes, passengers are leaving when they've been 5 days on airport. So if you collect 150000 passengers on monday and use only 100000 during the week, on saturday rest of them are gone.

 

So where and how does that work. If I as you said on Monday collect 150.0000 and use 100.000 during the week.. I will be collection during the week as well .. so what you say is that I have to write down how many I collect on any given day ( there is NO day amount counter ).. and when is a day !? .. from 00.00 and to 23.59 !?.. then how can I lose an amount 2 times on the same day !? - that will also mean that passenger days will be a bad thing and taking a day to fill up all the shops and warehouse will make me lose passengers 5 days later ... so I have to do the same things day in and day out - and never change the way I play !? - if so I have to play the same amount of time everyday and never have a day where I play for a long time !?

 

From that time when you collect till 120 h later is time when passengers are leaving if you havent spend them. Of course you're collecting many times if you're having passenger buildings same time on airport when you're playing, so that means that passengers also leaving many times a day if you havent spend them. And yes, if you don't play in a week there wont be more than 1000 passengers on your airport + those which you can collect right after logging in.

 

I have played at least 3 hours every day the last week..but it would have been nice of you if your answer 5 hours ago was a technical answer in plain English without misspelling and with whole words and without starting up with a question like I must be stupid to think that I could get help in a thread made under Help.

I think this is what you should have wrote:
" If the amount of passengers you have collected in one day (24 hours from 00.00 to 00.00 a'clock) is not used in the following 4 days, then you will on the 5th day lose the different between those two amounts - if you have lost an amount of passengers more than one time in one day, then we have an error in the system, and I will look into that "

PS: Sorry for my English - it is not my first language - and sorry for taking up your time during day to give me a real answer to my question for help.

 

As I wrote, from that time you collect passengers, you've got 120h time to use them. It's not between 0:00-0:00. And it's just system we've got in game.

But I guess you got answer for your question and this thread can be closed?
