Losing hangar spots

    Does any one know how it is possible to lose hangar space without buying planes. after adding the bonuscode. ahd 10 spots left in my large 25 in my medium and 30 in my small hangars.
    When i add up al the numbers te available spots should be there but all the hangars (planes not heli and water) are full cant buy a plane or collect the large one i was building. Already made a ticket but no answer yet
