Announcements Login and game problems

Dear Airport Manager,

There have been problems in the game since around 12:30 PM.

Some players are unable to log in ("The website is unavailable"), while others are unable to land or dispatch planes.

The planes are not displaying correctly, etc.

There are also temporary problems with the forum.

The IT department has been informed and is working on resolving the issues. Unfortunately, there is no further information yet, only that it affects other BP games.

We will get back to you as soon as we receive further information.

Dear Airport Manager,

after the problem from September 30th was resolved relatively quickly, we've been experiencing problems in the game again since around noon yesterday, manifesting as technical errors and sometimes server crashes.

Since this morning, the client has usually started, but logging into the game isn't possible.

Unfortunately, some of our games, including Skyrama, are repeatedly exposed to attacks that are causing these current issues. The IT department is working on it; unfortunately, we can't say how long the situation will last at this time.
