log in problems

Anyone else having log in problems? Haven't been able to load the game for the last half hour. Can anyone help?

 

Hey Pumpkin I am having the same issue as well. Dont know what is going on. Its been driving me crazy. I have spent over 35 minutes just trying to get the game to load, and when it does its lagging badly. Its been doing this for days now.

Are you still suffering from the login issue?
Are you able to try different browsers/computers?
Have you cleared your flash cache recently?

 

I managed to log in after a while but today I'm just getting a blank screen. Cleared my cache before I posted original post and tried different browsers.

 

Ello, Have done everything possible from my end. Browser Cache Cleared, Flash Cleared, Updated Software, Restarted system, Ran Security Scans and System scans, and Still no Change in how game is. Its still loading Very Very Slowly or not at all. Continuous Refreshing from planes not loading, Inventories not loading, Plane Ques not loading, Repeated attempts to land planes is pain staking. I can click one plane 20 times before it lands. Then Cant get another one to land without doing the same thing over and over again. Any Ideas and Help would be Great.

 

I had the exact same problems with a new chrome box. I found it to be a problem of not having enough ram. The chrome box had only 4 gigs, so I upgraded it to 16, witch was a little over kill ,but that fixed the problem. Hope this helps. Have a great day!
